Delivery Information

If you order an e-book, you will receive a download code immediately after payment. The code is valid for ONE download but doesn't have an expirey date. However, we recommend to make use of it within a month time.

If you order a hardcopy book it will be posted by Jubels usually within a few days (the maximum time between your order and posting is 2 weeks). We are posting through Post.nl. You can find delivery times on their website at http://parcels-uk.tntpost.com/Transit-Times.aspx

Unfortunately TNI doesn't have the capacity to send out books in big quantities. That is why the delivery service is provided by Jubels who is charging 3 Euros administration and packaging fee per dispatch - this is covering the packaging material and their time and effort. This fee will be charged per order, so it doesn't matter, if you order one or 20 books.

A track and trace option by post.nl will soon be available for an according fee.
